This wine is 100% Pinot Noir from a high altitude vineyard in California. Highly exposed, and in nutrient poor soils, this wine is concentrated with all the classic flavors of Pinot Noir, delicate wild cherry, leather, raspberry, earth, and a touch of floral notes. This wine will reward ageing and can be paired with lean cuts of beef, rich stews, grilled poultry, and fatty fish.
